Zumba is a high-energy, dance-based fitness program that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow aerobic and interval training routines. With trackers in your feet and hands, you'll monitor your progress and compete with others for an added challenge. This class is a workout focused on improving your ability to perform daily tasks with greater ease and safety. Come improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance at your own pace, using your own body weight. Classes are accessible at all fitness levels.
