    Youth Self-Defense (12-15)

    The Youth Krav Maga program is designed to help teens ages 12-15 build confidence, resilience, discipline, and real-world self-defense skills. Students learn practical techniques for personal safety, situational awareness, conflict avoidance, and responding effectively under pressure.

    Through challenging and engaging training, participants develop strength, coordination, fitness, and the mindset needed to navigate bullying, peer pressure, and everyday challenges with confidence. Our goal is to help young people become safer, stronger, and more prepared for life.

  • Krav Fit

    Krav Fit is an engaging, high-intensity program featuring instructor-led heavy bag workouts. With trackers in your feet and hands, you'll monitor your progress and compete with others for an added challenge. Join us for this dynamic training experience and take your fitness to the next level, all from the guidance of our expert instructors via video.
